  • You remove personal data from your device whenever possible before service.
  • You maintain backups of all data prior to repair.

Fix2go is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.


3. Repair Estimates & Pricing

  • Initial price estimates are based on the issue described by the customer.
  • Final pricing may change after physical inspection of the device.
  • Customers will be informed before proceeding with any revised cost.
  • Diagnostic charges may apply even if repair is declined.

Fix2go reserves the right to refuse service for any device.


4. Parts & Warranty

  • We aim to use high-quality compatible or genuine parts depending on availability and service selection.
  • Warranty terms vary by repair type and will be communicated at the time of service.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage after repair
    • Water damage
    • Mishandling or unauthorized repair attempts
    • Software issues unrelated to the repair

Warranty decisions made by Fix2go technicians are final.


5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers must ensure device availability at the scheduled time.
  • Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage during transit is limited to the repair value determined by Fix2go.

6. Device Condition & Liability

Customers acknowledge:

  • Devices may have pre-existing damage.
  • Repair attempts may expose hidden defects.
  • Some devices may become irreparable during the repair process due to prior condition.

Fix2go shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, income, or personal information

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.


7. Abandoned Devices

If a customer fails to collect or respond regarding their device within 30 days after notification, Fix2go reserves the right to dispose of or recycle the device to recover costs without further liability.


8. Payments

  • Payment must be completed before device return unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may use third-party payment gateways.
  • Fix2go is not responsible for payment gateway failures or delays.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled before repair processing begins.
  • Diagnostic or pickup charges may be non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility is determined solely by Fix2go after review.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fix2go shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental losses
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Device functionality issues unrelated to repair

Customer agrees that repair services involve inherent risks.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and platform materials belong to Fix2go and may not be copied or used without written permission.


12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
